What/Who is LUN(02)?: LUN [02] is home to Nate’s creative projects and a platform to connect with other creatives. He finds joy in seeing projects develop and aims for fulfilling final results. He believes dedication and passion are crucial in every step and hopes to collaborate with other creatives, bringing their ideas to life. He strives to continuously grow to encourage and support others.
Professional Work: Nate Lu is a creative with expertise in video editing and music production. He has 8+ years of editing experience and has worked with clients such as Century 21 Real Estate, All Star Children’s Foundation, and Nova Motors. He received the "Fiverr's Choice" award as a freelance editor on Fiverr in 2021.
He has produced music for Seattle Pacific University’s Faculty and provided his musicianship on multiple independent projects.
Creative Ventures: Nate continues to enhance his skills through YouTube channels. His completed 6-year project, "Junamu", a cinematic cover channel, amassed over 3.2 million views and garnered partnerships with Philips and Donner Music. He’s now developing the experimental cover channel "Twistopia" along with “Speros Nest”, containing educational music analyses, entertaining storytelling, and music covers. His energetic drum channel continues to enhance his skills and build community on "HeyImNate".
Academics: Nate studied music production and communications at Seattle Pacific University and is currently pursuing a major in business marketing and advertising with a minor in cybersecurity at Grand Canyon University. Through his studies, he has developed and honed skills in public speaking, music theory, technology, writing, marketing, cybersecurity, and digital communication.
Outside LUN(02): In his free time, Nate can often be found honing his creative skills, playing with new musical ideas, and planning future projects in his journal. He enjoys exploring new areas in both cities and forests while listening to alternative pop/rock music. At home, he likes to refresh his living space and can often be found pacing late at night, excited about new ideas for the future. He also enjoys talking with his lovely, talented partner Shanille Rose, baking and sipping coffee while brainstorming ideas for the next step forward.
